- Sat Nam I have been very busy with summer solstice and group sadhana, grand children and baby's oh when will it all slow down! I have chanted every day for us on saturday the group joined me. My dad had your condition it can be very upsetting at times but I am sure you will get better. Do you want me to reasearch the metaphysical causes? - What a contrast it is so hot here I can't get any cold water. I blissed out so much after chanting today I fell asleep on the floor. My daughter Kristy will give life to a little boy tomorow morning Wahe Guru what a christmas gift for us all. I will chant for you all tomorow.
